The Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation and administration of SELF programs in accordance with applicable grants, funder requirements and agency policies. This position is also responsible for managing and coordinating scheduling of program activities, including documenting compliance and identifying resources for client referrals. Must be able to respond with flexibility in cooperation with emergency requests, changes in work schedule or assignment. Must have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college and a minimum of five (5) years experience in an administrative capacity in a program(s) serving homeless, mental health and/or addictive disease populations, at least two (2) years of which shall have been as a supervisor/program developer, or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be competent in computer use including Microsoft applications and internet.
