This new position at the Center will oversee two grant-funded initiatives: Tobacco-free outreach and advocacy efforts in the collar counties of Philadelphia targeting the LGBT Community and our coalition building efforts regarding LGBT intimate partner violence.
Job Responsibilities: The Wellness Coordinator is responsible for effectively managing the resources of all wellness initiatives including financial and volunteer resources, as well as planning, implementing and evaluating program activities.
Other responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: ● Participation in monthly SEPTA Tobacco Control and Prevention provider meetings ● Create and maintain wellness provider contacts and relationships ● Identify and collaborate with regional partners to meet education and outreach goals in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery County ● Develop and implement all program guidelines to ensure compliance with grantor regulations ● Maintain meticulous notes and documentation ● In collaboration with the Program Director, develop a system for program documentation, measurement and evaluation ● Gather and organize program performance and demographic data ● Review and/or prepare reports demonstrating results of all program activities to key internal and external audiences ● Design and produce Wellness initiative marketing and promotional materials in collaboration with the volunteer marketing committee of the Center
Preferred qualifications: ● Minimum of three years of experience in a non-profit setting ● Must be proficient in social media outreach and marketing ● Excellent analytical, project management, communication and relationship-building skills ● Exceptional writing and reporting capacity ● Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and responsibilities with consistent follow-through ● Independent and self-motivated but able to work in teams ● Comfortable and effective working with diverse populations ● Ability to use technology to maintain accurate and appropriate documentation ● PA Driver's License
Compensation: This is a part-time position and requires 24 hours per week.
