TransWork is an initiative of the Independence Business Alliance (IBA), Greater Philadelphia's LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce. We are led by trans people for trans people. Our staff administrator works with the TransWork Committee of the IBA, which includes business owners as well as employees of IBA member businesses and partners.
