TransWork connects transgender and non-binary job seekers and entrepreneurs with a network of supportive employers and business partners. 

 

It is a program of the Independence Business Alliance (IBA), the Greater Philadelphia Region's LGBTQ+ Chamber of Commerce.

A Trans-Led, Trans-Focused Program

TransWork is led by a committee of trans-identifying  members of the IBA Board of Directors, and staffed by a trans program administrator. The IBA provides opportunities, access and resources to LGBTQ+ professionals and allies in the Greater Philadelphia area. 

Launched in 2018, our program is the first of its kind to be housed within a Chamber of Commerce.
