Job Prep Workshop 2019

The IBA's TransWork committee will be hosting a job preparedness workshop for trans-identified and non-binary/gender non-conforming folks in Greater Philadelphia!

Join us for a series of rapid training sessions on topics such as resume prep, interview skills, knowing your workplace rights, and connecting with employers and service providers.  Resume assistance will be available at the event.

The Job Prep Workshop is a kickoff event for our full program launch in 2019 and a series of planned activities aimed specifically towards trans/nonbinary jobseekers. These will include Job Fairs for large employers, such as the Philadelphia Airport and Independence Blue Cross, along with a job fair for smaller employers. 

We hope the Job Prep Workshop can help TransWork participants feel more confident and informed in their job search through TransWork or on their own.
