MISSION

Our mission is to empower compliance leaders with the technology and
knowledge to ensure their organization and partners provide transparent and
accurate information to consumers across any channel.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Onboarding & Implementation:
Project manage new client onboarding/upsell/cross sell implementations by
defining scope, identify work streams, develop project plan, etc
Prioritize organizing, informing, and engaging stakeholders
Utilize Asana to create boards, manage dates, and maintain milestones
Own client re-configurations and maintenance projects including such as API
integrations, call recorder changes, rule revamps and reconfiguring assets

Salesforce Admin:
Own reporting for Client Success team
Work closely with Sales Ops to update and maintain data hygiene, including
opportunity updates
Update records with CSM assignments & transition stakeholders from prospects
to clients 

Bridge between Operations and CS:
Keep an update on Freshdesk tickets
Identify and resolve common issues with process changes or enhancements
Keep tabs on client SLAs

WHAT YOU BRING

Demonstrated success in a project management 
Ability to communicate key information quickly and effectively at both the
“headline” and detail level depending on the audience
Experience with a CRM platform
