The ideal candidate will have:
-A track record of developing user personas and lifecycle marketing campaigns
across multiple channels with clear, tangible results
-A history of strong copywriting and content creation that leads to
increasing engagement rates
-Up-to-date knowledge in best practices for digital marketing (i.e., SEO,
email, social media, websites, etc.)
-Experience using metrics like conversion rates, referral rates, user
retention, and net promoter scores to inform decision making
-Clear examples of using data and analytics to optimize or automate processes
in order to scale
-Hands-on experience building email, text, or chatbot campaigns using
automation and personalization
-An understanding of how to set up systems and processes for quality
assurance
-A background designing experiments and using A/B testing
-Excellent project and time management skills
-Dedication and drive to create an impact in the world by working within the
progressive movement

Responsibilities:
-Identify partners, candidates, or community members that have high potential
to benefit from the program and respond to in-bound requests in a timely
manner
-Experiment with new tactics to learn what works and what doesn't work to
increase conversion rates of leads
-Develop regular feedback mechanisms to track + optimize user retention and
referral rates and ensure that users have a positive experience as part of
our community
-Use experiments to validate or invalidate hypotheses about how we may better
serve our existing community
-Manage your own workplan by working backward to plan to hit milestones and
timelines
-Serve as a trusted adviser to all teammates, partners, candidates, or
community members by minimizing their workload and communicating clearly,
causing them to come back to you for advice or guidance
-Informally mentor or coach any project teammates or direct reports
effectively, providing concrete advice or resources to reach project and
professional development goals
-Work in collaboration with team members & manager to identify possible
solutions to address any legal, customer service, or technical issues as they
arise
-Proactively flag possible areas of risk in growth of partnerships or
community to our brand, values, or legal standing, generating possible
solutions to address these issues
-Identify opportunities to make our work more efficient, fun, and impactful

Location: Remote welcome (within the United States)!
Compensation Package + Benefits + Perks:
Pay: $80,000 per year. We believe in equal pay for equal work - no matter
where you live. To counter pay inequality on the team, we have a
nonnegotiable compensation practice. We provide opportunities for advancement
for all full-time employees on an annual basis via our performance evaluation
program

Self-care: We offer $150/month stipend for any self-care activity of your

Professional Development: You will have access to unlimited trainings hosted
by Cultivate to garner new skillsets + $1000 annual stipend to spend on
education

Process:
