How You Will Contribute
The Philadelphia Museum of Art is seeking professional and articulate
Membership Representatives to retain and acquire members on-site from the
Perelman Building’s Membership & Visitor Services Call Center.

Specifically, you will:

Conduct outbound phone calls to lapsed or current museum members
Utilize various campaign strategies for membership recapture, acquisition,
and stewardship

Your background and experience include:

Previous telemarketing and/or fundraising experience for non-profits is preferred.
Ability to work flexible part-time hours between 10am-5pm, Monday through
Friday. No weekend work is required at this time.
A desire to make productive phone calls over the course of 3-6 hour shifts in
a busy, but friendly, call center environment.
Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Outlook,
Teams and Raiser’s Edge is preferred, but not essential.

Position and Compensation Details

The hourly rate for this position is $15.00.
This position is part-time, non-exempt working up to 20 hours per week.
This position is part of the AFSCME Local 397 bargaining unit.
COVID-19 vaccination required.
