The Multimedia Manager leads and executes projects across the firm’s Marketing and Communications, and Client Development departments. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented, creative storyteller who is at ease working directly with senior stakeholders in a global professional services organization.

This is a hands-on position that utilizes professional videography, broadcasting, and digital media expertise to create compelling external- and internal-facing content, including videos, motion graphics, animations, live broadcasts, podcasts, and other forms of multimedia. Awareness of the latest content marketing trends and strong interpersonal skills allow the Multimedia Manager to effectively lead projects, innovate, and serve as an expert advisor.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead productions and actively contribute to multimedia strategy development and execution.
  • Serve as the multimedia lead for the firm’s New York office.
  • Film, edit, animate, transcode, and distribute multimedia files in different formats.
  • Measure and report on results, and continuously innovate across the function.
  • Assist in the development of concepts and story arcs.
  • Develop a solid understanding of the firm’s business, market, and customers to deliver effective and targeted multimedia content.
  • Manage, mentor, and coach team members.
  • Source and procure stock footage, imagery, and music.
  • Organize digital media management and archives.
  • Manager the upkeep of video production equipment.
  • Scout, select, and reserve shoot locations.
  • Stay current and on emerging multimedia and content marketing trends.

Who You Are:

  • 7-10 years proven experience in video and multimedia production, with additional work experience in major media, broadcast, or in media production in a large corporate setting preferred.
  • Impeccable attention to detail. Strong time management and organization skills.
  • Significant experience with video production, on-location filming, creative development, compositing, messaging, digital media, and industry standards.
  • Elevated level of expertise with video editing and composition.
  • Expertise with the Adobe Cloud, including Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Media Encoder.
  • Superb knowledge of motion/animation, typography, and color. Illustrations skills are a plus.
  • Preproduction/planning, studio and field production, lighting/grip, scriptwriting, storyboarding.
  • Ability to work effectively in a highly collaborative environment, across multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
  • Familiarity with professional video and film cameras
  • Experience with live streaming productions and events.
  • Audio experience with small format mixers, compression, EQ, effects processors, audio recording techniques for studio and field, multi-track and waveform editing.
  • Familiarity with studio production including advanced video switchers.
  • Strong portfolio of video work.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, in both internal and client-facing settings with every level in an organization.
  • Comfortable presenting to various seniority levels within the firm.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and social media (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn).
