Position Summary
Our dynamic team at Panorama seeks an Operations Analyst to support our newly
formed Business Strategy & Operations function. This role will contribute to
the smooth functioning and efficiency of our organization in a time of change
and growth.

We are looking for a detail-oriented problem solver who values being part of
a team. A successful candidate will have strong quantitative and qualitative
analytical capabilities, with a passion for turning data into meaningful
insights and improving organizational processes. Reporting to the Director,
Business Strategy & Operations, this position will be a part of the Finance &
Operations team, but work across all departments at Panorama.

This exempt position is available on a fully remote basis within the United
States.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
•       Streamline and improve internal information and knowledge management
systems and processes
•       Develop and enhance Panorama’s data inventory and data collection and
retention policies and processes
•       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs to
execute department and enterprise-wide strategic objectives and initiatives
•       Track and analyze organizational data to develop quarterly reports and
inform strategic decision-making
•       Develop and maintain work plans and roadmaps to support internal projects
and ensure quality outcomes
•       Identify and implement improvements to Panorama’s cross-functional
systems and processes
•       Coordinate with the team to ensure cross-team input into work, and
support sharing relevant knowledge and learning from assignments
•       Support the development and execution of a monitoring, learning, and
evaluation strategy
•       Develop organizational and executive dashboards and other data
visualization to inform decision-making
•       Provide support for new systems research and scoping, configuration, and
project management

Typical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
•       Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of professional experience in data
analytics, business consulting, data science, or related field; or three
years of experience with a Master’s degree; or equivalent professional
experience.
•       Demonstrated ability to synthesize large quantities of data and input and
make strategic recommendations
•       Detail-oriented with excellent analytical, written, and verbal skills for
communicating and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
•       Experience in developing and setting up reports, dashboards, and data
visualization
•       Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives with diverse
stakeholders to drive process improvements
•       Knowledge of and the ability to evaluate and support the implementation
of new and emerging information technologies to improve work productivity and
accuracy
•       Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, often with ambiguity
and multiple stakeholders, while ensuring high-quality deliverables and
strong relationships
•       Proactive with the ability to accomplish work efficiently and with
initiative
•       Experience balancing competing priorities and identifying when to
escalate an issue
•       Interest in continuous learning both in personal and professional growth
with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
•       Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Salesforce, and
Asana, working knowledge of Tableau, and willingness to learn other software
platforms and applications
•       Fluency in written and spoken English

Desired Qualifications
•       Documented history of detail-oriented project management experience,
including responsibilities of managing a project or program from conception
to implementation. Project Management Certification is a plus.
•       Additional language proficiencies welcomed
•       Experience working in philanthropy, at a non-profit, and/or on social
impact issues a plus

Compensation & Benefits
The starting salary for this position is $68,000 alongside a comprehensive
benefits package including:

•       90-100% employer-paid monthly premiums for employee-only medical coverage
