Position Summary:
Panorama Global is looking for an operationally minded, partner-centric,
detail-oriented problem solver to join our team. The Senior Operations
Manager, Fiscal Sponsorship will work across Panorama’s departments to
support our rapidly growing portfolio of more than 35 fiscally sponsored
projects. They will help improve Panorama’s processes, policies, and
service offerings for our fiscally sponsored projects as we move towards more
transformational partnerships.

The ideal candidate will be highly collaborative and have strong
communications skills and deep experience working in non-profit operations.
This individual should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment,
managing simultaneous responsibilities, and partnering with both internal and
external stakeholders.

This exempt, full-time position reports to the Director, Grants, Contracts &
Compliance and is available on a fully remote basis within the United States.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Fiscal Sponsorship Operations
- Develop, improve, and implement operational solutions and processes for our
portfolio of fiscally sponsored projects, and train staff working on fiscal
sponsorship to ensure consistency and excellent standards in service
provision.
- Partner with internal staff and relevant departments to develop, review
and/or communicate policy and process changes that impact our fiscally
sponsored projects and employees.
- Resolve or escalate issues as raised by relationship managers, fiscally
sponsored partners, or internal stakeholders in a timely and proactive
manner. Provide support to relationship managers in resolving challenges and
developing solutions, if needed.

Legal & Compliance
- In partnership with the Director, Grants, Contracts & Compliance, liaise
with Panorama’s legal counsel regarding issues related to fiscal sponsorship.
- Lead compliance-related communications or processes with our fiscally
sponsored projects.
- Stay up to date on professional standards, laws, regulations, policies, and
technology related to fiscal sponsorship, nonprofit operations, and capacity
building.

Sponsored Project Partner Support
In partnership with Panorama’s Relationship Managers:
- Deliver partner-centric, culturally competent, and responsive assistance to
our projects in the areas of operations, finance, and compliance.
- Manage partner engagement for project onboarding, transfers, and offboarding.
- Operationalize feedback from external partners and internal stakeholders,
and develop solutions informed by Panorama’s and our partners’ needs.
- Train and orient new and existing projects to our systems and processes in
a partner centered, inclusive, and culturally competent manner.

Program Development
- Support organizational business development efforts related to fiscal
sponsorship, including evaluation of potential new fiscal sponsorship partners.
- Support project design, research, and partner engagement for business
development opportunities related to fiscal sponsorship.
- Engage in professional development and networking to improve Panorama’s
fiscal sponsorship program, representing Panorama in coalitions and affinity
networks related to this work and participating in relevant meetings, events,
and conferences.
- Support the development of new or enhanced offerings for partners that
build projects’ capacity and enhance projects’ impact.
- Facilitate regular meetings with internal cross-cutting stakeholders
working on fiscal sponsorship.

Typical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 10 or more years of relevant work experience, with a minimum of 5 years
working directly in non-profit operations or compliance; or equivalent
combination of education and experience.
- Experience or familiarity with fiscal sponsorship.
- Exceptional project management skills, including strong attention to detail
and the ability to balance workload under deadlines and with multiple
priorities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills with a strong
ability to facilitate collaborative problem-solving, manage and complete
projects, and troubleshoot general inquires to reach solutions that benefit
all parties.
- Experience with organizational policy development and rollout to internal
and external audiences.
- Strong partner management and change management skills, including ability
to demonstrate sensitivity to and appreciation for diverse viewpoints,
communication and working styles, and stakeholders, approaching your work
with a spirit of service and the believing in the power of diverse voices
working together in partnership.
- Exceptional judgement and ability to adapt in rapidly changing settings.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently or as part of a team with
minimal supervision

- Proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, Asana, and Airtable preferred.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, non-profit administration,
or other relevant fields or equivalent relevant work experience

Compensation & Benefits
The starting salary for this position is $105,000 alongside a comprehensive
benefits package including:

- 90-100% employer-paid monthly premiums for employee-only medical coverage
