GSA Network

GSA Network (GSAN) is a next-generation LGBTQ racial and gender justice
organization that empowers and trains queer, trans and allied youth leaders
to advocate, organize, and mobilize an intersectional movement for safer
schools and healthier communities. At a critical moment in this country, GSA
Network is doing essential social and racial justice work. The organization
works with grassroots, youth-led groups, and a national network of GSAN
clubs, empowering them to educate their schools and communities, advocate for
just policies that protect LGBTQ youth from harassment and violence, and
organize in coalition with other youth groups across identity lines to
address broader issues of oppression.

GSAN is seeking a Director of Finance and Administration to support the
internal finance and administration functions that allow GSAN to do this
important work. The Director of Finance & Administration will work closely
with the Co-Executive Directors and other members of the Directors Team to
ensure fiduciary and operational efficiency and excellence across the
organization.

Ideal candidates for the role will bring experience with administrative,
office, operations, and fiscal management in a non-profit setting. Most
importantly, candidates will be inspired by GSAN’s work and mission and
bring a demonstrated understanding of LGBTQIA+ youth leadership and
empowerment, commitment to youth development, and passion for social change.
