Equal Opportunity Assistant

This position is located in a regional or district office within the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP). The purpose of the OFCCP is to enforce, for the benefit of job seekers and wage earners, the contractual promise of affirmative action and equal employment opportunity required of those who do business with the Federal Government.

Major duties included, but are not limited to:

-Extracts statistical information from case files to develop an analysis of underrepresentation among protected classes.
-Reviews and analyzes incoming complaints filed under Executive Order 11246, as amended, Sections 4212 and 503 programs, to determine jurisdiction.
-Receives and processes Pre-award Requests, coordinates with Federal Procurement Agency officials, and analyzes and processes all requests for Pre-award clearance.

Salary
$51,241 - $74,901 per year
