        <p>The Portable Studio’s mission is to foster greater access to and interest<br />\r\n
        in the art of theater. We share The Wilma Theater’s creative practices<br />\r\n
        through workshops and residencies that are inspired by Wilma productions,<br />\r\n
        take place in community spaces, and engage artists and audiences in<br />\r\n
        imaginative reflections on the complexities of contemporary life.</p>\r\n
        \r\n
        <p>Position Summary<br />\r\n
        The Program Coordinator reports to the Portable Studio Program Director and<br />\r\n
        is responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of Portable Studio<br />\r\n
        partnerships and programs taking place virtually and physically across the<br />\r\n
        city of Philadelphia. They will support the Portable Studio Director in the<br />\r\n
        development and implementation of mission-based public programs and<br />\r\n
        initiatives that respond to audience and community needs. The Program<br />\r\n
        Coordinator collaborates closely with the Program Director, independent<br />\r\n
        Teaching Artists, and cross-departmentally with Wilma Theater staff to<br />\r\n
        increase awareness and access to the Wilma Theater's productions - building<br />\r\n
        and stewarding authentic and equitable relationships with new audiences and<br />\r\n
        our community stakeholders.</p>\r\n
        \r\n
        <p>The Program Coordinator will contribute meaningfully to the organizational<br />\r\n
        culture of the Wilma and will advocate to advance our values on an<br />\r\n
        organizational, local, and national scale. This person will take part in<br />\r\n
        cross-departmental work, company-wide EDI work and anti-bias training as the<br />\r\n
        Wilma furthers its commitment to being an inclusive, anti-racist<br />\r\n

        Coordinate and Schedule Portable Studio programs through regular emails and<br />\r\n
        meetings addressing logistical needs and creative goals of our Community<br />\r\n
        Partners, reflection and training opportunities ,as well as preparations for<br />\r\n

        <p>Support the\u{202F}Portable Studio\u{202F}Teaching Artists by co-developing<br />\r\n
        partner-specific curriculum, practices, and policies that promote equitable<br />\r\n

        Artists, and that reflect the Wilma’s current artistic offerings.</p>\r\n

        <p>Compensation and Benefits<br />\r\n
        This is a temporary, part-time, non-exempt role with an annual salary of<br />\r\n
