Also, this role has the option to be remote.</p>\r\n \r\n <p>Our medical providers provide a variety of health services including family<br />\r\n planning and birth control, cancer screenings, testing and treatment of<br />\r\n sexually transmitted diseases, abortion related care, pregnancy testing, and<br />\r\n patient education.</p>\r\n \r\n <p>Provider Responsibilities Include:<br />\r\n Review and interpret medical histories<br />\r\n Perform physical examinations and interpret findings<br />\r\n Comply with state laws governing abortion services and mandatory reporting<br />\r\n Maintain patient and health center confidentiality<br />\r\n Serve as primary clinician in the health centers as needed<br />\r\n Provide relevant health instruction including family planning, all FDA<br />\r\n approved birth control methods, STD prevention and treatment, HIV testing,<br />\r\n abortion services, genetics, nutrition, sexual counseling, principles of<br />\r\n health promotion maintenance and health center procedures<br />\r\n Provide factual, non-biased information to clients seeking abortion.<br />\r\n Describe the difference between medication and surgical abortion.
