        <p>Websites have two broad user groups — those who consume content and those<br />\r\n
        who produce it. We are looking for a Senior Editorial Strategist to champion<br />\r\n
        and support hardworking content producers—our clients.</p>\r\n
        \r\n
        <p>The Senior Editorial Strategist helps us to better understand how our clients<br />\r\n
        manage and publish their content. They identify ways to make editorial<br />\r\n
        workflows more efficient and intuitive for writers and editors and then work<br />\r\n
        with our developers to customize aspects of the WordPress CMS.</p>\r\n
        \r\n
        <p>Prior to and after the launch of a website, the Senior Editorial Strategist<br />\r\n
        conducts WordPress trainings, so our clients can become confident users of<br />\r\n
        their new CMS.</p>\r\n
        \r\n
        <p>In addition to these project responsibilities, the Editorial Projects<br />\r\n
        Specialist supports internal initiatives such as ongoing staff training in<br />\r\n
        WordPress’ new capabilities. They also support our sales process by demoing<br />\r\n
        WordPress’ capabilities.</p>\r\n

        * Lead editorial workflow discovery sessions<br />\r\n
        * Consult with Alley’s designers, developers, and product managers to<br />\r\n
        represent the content workflow needs of Alley’s clients<br />\r\n
        * Conduct WordPress trainings for Alley clients and team members<br />\r\n
        * Create training materials and detailed CMS documentation<br />\r\n
        * Work with Alley’s leadership to develop new processes and refine services<br />\r\n
