You’ll lead<br />\r\n efforts to engage the Analyst Group (AG), our community of over 12,000<br />\r\n practitioners, researchers, and donors. You’ll guide and implement<br />\r\n programming that fosters a strong community and educates members about our<br />\r\n latest research findings and recommendations. You’ll also manage logistics<br />\r\n and infrastructure to support such efforts.<br />\r\n <br />\r\n You’ll report directly to the lead communications strategist while working<br />\r\n closely with fellow Partnerships & Community Engagement Team members and the<br />\r\n Donor Partnerships Team (as well as the broader Analyst Institute team).<br />\r\n <br />\r\n As a community manager, you’ll:<br />\r\n - Write, edit, and manage the production of engaging content (e.g., reports,<br />\r\n presentations, web pages, training materials) that translates research into<br />\r\n actionable lessons and recommendations, including Analyst Institute’s<br />\r\n weekly newsletter, the AG Digest.<br />\r\n - Develop and implement strategies to equitably and inclusively grow the<br />\r\n Analyst Group membership base and deepen engagement with practitioner and<br />\r\n donor partners (e.g., building out a new member onboarding process).<br />\r\n - Lead planning and coordination for community events and trainings (virtual<br />\r\n and in-person).
