Health Justice Commons is a fiscally sponsored organization.</p><h3>Who we are seeking:</h3><p>Health Justice Commons is seeking an Associate Director who is a collaborative leader with a strong commitment to movement building and disability justice. Health Justice Commons is a small and growing organization, and our work is under increasing demand. This is a new position which will significantly expand the organization’s capacity and offer a dynamic candidate the opportunity for growth within the organization. It also offers the opportunity to shape crucial aspects of HJC's work and impact, now and in the future.</p><p>The Associate Director will support the Founding Director in managing the organization’s growth and ensuring its sustainability and strategic impact. The Associate Director will also ensure the smooth and effective administration of operations including finance and people power (human resources), organizational processes and technology, and organizational programs and movement building work. The Associate Director reports to the Founding Director. The role of Associate Director requires experience in fundraising, operations, management, organizational development and cross-sector movement building.
