Ability to lead an audio setup and operation for full band, full panel discussion, corporate programming, etc.</li><li>Lighting – Demonstrated working knowledge of lighting concepts like color theory, 3-point lighting, signal flow, etc. working knowledge of the different fixtures that the Barnes uses: Lekos, Batten lights, Blinders, Uplights, Pin-Spots, etc. Lead setup of various decorative lighting concepts like ceiling treatments, stage and dancefloor washes, pattern washes, etc. Demonstrate basic knowledge of lighting systems using DMX, WDMX, and control interfaces like AVOlites, Hog, GrandMA, etc.</li><li>Video – Demonstrated working knowledge of video signal flow for projection, camera systems, and/or live broadcast production using vMix, BlackMagic ATEM or comparable platform. Demonstrate competency in use of Barnes Video equipment (or comparable): BirdDog PTZ Cameras, BlackMagic Extreme Pro and BM ATEM Studio Pro 4K Switchers. Experience using basic projection mapping software such as MadMapper. PowerPoint expertise encouraged.
