the foundation ensuring the facility and grounds are pristine.</li><li>Oversees the facility services work order and preventative maintenance systems ensuring timely completed of requests using in-house and outsourced services and coordinating repair schedule with foundation activities. </li><li>Manages the grounds contractor making sure the site is clean, the landscape is cared for and is always looking its best. </li><li>Maintains the building set up schedules coordinating with public visitation, events and private events and classes.</li><li>Assists the Senior Director of Operations developing bid documents for service contracts and renovation and exhibition projects.</li><li>Maintains the department financial records updating the department budget and processing invoices.</li><li>Maintains the facilities department inventory for supplies and attic stock. </li><li>Manage the building package and mail delivery process along with loading dock and related services management.<br> </li><li>Maintains up to date department vendor/contractor list, insurance log, and service contract bidding schedules, ensuring that service contracts and insurance do not expire.<br> </li><li>Maintains a fixed asset inventory of furniture and fixtures.<br> </li><li>Publishes the monthly facility report detailing maintenance repairs, projects and budget status.<br> </li><li>Actively seeks out and maintains up-to-date knowledge regarding OSHA requirements, ADA requirements, building code and engineering requirements and assures compliance with these requirements.</li></ul><h3>Supervisory Requirements:</h3><p>Manages the work of janitorial services staff, grounds maintenance contract employees and other specialized service providers, ensuring best in class work quality.
