Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. </p><p><strong>Visual Requirements</strong>: Pay attention to detail.</p><p><strong>Hearing Requirements</strong>: N/A</p><p><strong>Verbal Requirements</strong>: Must be able to engage guests in conversational English; bilingual or multilingual skills a plus.</p><p><strong>Working Conditions</strong>: Position operates in the foundation’s buildings and on the foundation’s grounds at the Philadelphia campus.</p><h3>Job Responsibilities:</h3><ul><li>Acts as point person for Calder Gardens artwork registration, attending regular meetings, creating and maintaining object records, and flagging staffing needs.</li><li>Maintains exhibition records in TMS and produces related paperwork including checklists, loan agreements, receipts, and condition report forms.</li><li>Tracks the Barnes’ incoming loan requests and coordinates with Senior Registrar to align incoming and outgoing requests as needed.</li><li>Develops shipping budgets in a timely fashion and ensures each exhibition remains within budget or variances are quickly flagged. </li><li>Responsible for arranging incoming and outgoing shipping, packing and courier logistics related to temporary exhibitions for local, domestic, and international loans. </li><li>Oversees incoming and outgoing shipments, working outside of regular business hours when necessary. </li><li>Plans and oversees exhibition installations and deinstallations in collaboration with relevant departments and contractors</li><li>Obtains lender requirements for conservation, installation, and security and ensures lender requirements are met.
