perform regular maintenance<br />\r\n routines; manage Microsoft SQL server using SQL Server Management Studio<br />\r\n • Write SQL scripts to make bulk changes to data; assist users with complex<br />\r\n queries<br />\r\n • Monitor system usage, set up alerts, run reporting metrics, and audit<br />\r\n data through reports; perform data-hygiene checks; expose entries which do<br />\r\n not meet standards, and perform cleanup as needed<br />\r\n • Write, edit, design, and troubleshoot Crystal Reports<br />\r\n • Manage configuration and security settings, user accounts, and query<br />\r\n groups for TMS<br />\r\n • Plan and execute software upgrades;
