Compensation will be commensurate with experience.</p><h3>Position Summary:</h3><p>The Information Technology Operations Architect - Desktop is responsible for the design (blueprint), creation, and deployment of Amida Care’s desktop, laptop, and printer technology solutions (end-to-end solution architecture). The Information Technology Operations Architect - Desktop provides technical expertise in the use of technology and is accountable for the overall performance of the enterprise’s solutions while ensuring these solutions work together properly (by application/discipline). The Information Technology Operations Architect - Desktop implements the transformation of business and technical requirements into overall technology solutions and works closely with all teams to implement robust, scalable solutions that interface across multiple platforms. The Information Technology Operations Architect - Desktop is involved in selecting the most appropriate desktop, laptop, and printer technology to solve the problem. Once the solution is in place, the Information Technology Operations Architect - Desktop monitors and analyzes performance (usage), efficiency (metrics) and fit (achieved business needs) to fully exploit the solution assets.
