Arrive Therapy is seeking to add an additional therapist who aligns with the vision of creating a safe, welcoming space for transgender and all LGBTQ+ individuals -- a non-judgemental space where each client is encouraged to find their unique and genuine path.  

Come to work at a small group practice with purpose, flexibility, independence, community, and ongoing supervision. We are a mid-size group practice that is trans and queer centered, supporting largely trans clients, as well as parents and partners of trans and queer individuals.

If you have significant experience working with trans clients, this is the job for you! If you identify as trans, non binary, gender expansive, queer, bisexual, gay or lesbian, we want to invite you to use your lived experience as an asset in your work with clients at Arrive Therapy.  LGBTQIA+ therapist will be prioritized for this position.  

What you need:

• Hold Master’s degree (or higher) in the field of counseling, psych, social work (or equivalent).
• Have experience working with transgender, non binary, and queer/lgb clients.
• Be able to work both in the Paoli office (in person) and virtually in a home office.
• Be able to work 3 evenings a week (2 in office and one remotely) as well as one weekend day.
• Have experience working with teens and families.
• Be licensed (LCSW, LSW, LMFT, LPC) or working towards licensure.
• Have additional training working with transgender clients.
• Have experience providing therapeutic processing and leading support groups.
• Note: folx who are unlicensed but seeking licensure and have relevant clinical experience are welcome to apply.
• Ability to work at least one weekend day in the office.

• A competitive rate per session: $48-$56.
