Supervisor:  Box Office Manager
Status:  Part time

The Wilma Theater is seeking dedicated individuals with excellent customer
service skills to work in our box office this fall.
Reporting to the Box Office Manager, the primary responsibilities include
assisting patrons with purchasing single tickets and subscriptions over the
phone and in person, and acting as a representative of the Box Office during performances.
Candidate should have excellent telephone demeanor, and the ability to
respond gracefully in high pressure situations. Must have a commitment to
Equity and Inclusion. Multitasking and attention to detail are also crucial.
Applicant must be comfortable working with a computerized ticketing system
(experience with Tessitura is a plus).
Compensation is $15.50 per hour.
