TransWork and the Independence Business Alliance (IBA) have welcomed a new TransWork Administrator, Sydni Perry-Anderson (she/they). This hiring comes at an exciting time for the IBA, as the Chamber has also hired an Operations Coordinator and is undertaking a long-term strategic planning mission involving the Board, IBA membership and key community stakeholders. Sydni's hiring marks the first time in the TransWork program's history that there will be a full-time staff member devoted to the project, and we are excited about the many opportunities this will bring.

Sydni grew up in Philadelphia, and recently moved back to the city after graduating from Washington University in St. Louis in May 2022, where she studied Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies and Political Science.
