Overview:

Feast Your Eyes Catering is looking to hire an experienced, charismatic, detail-oriented, and organized off-premise salesperson to fill our open Senior Corporate Event Specialist position on our team. This position will work in-person out of our headquarters in Fishtown. 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Consistently reach out to leads via email, phone, and social media to introduce corporate and university related event options.
• Track and follow up on corporate and university inquiries to ensure maximum booking potential. 
• Provide complete proposals, contracts, bookings; follow through to close of sale.
• Schedule and conduct site visits and tours at various venues, universities, and institutions throughout the region.
• Oversee and manage booked events through their execution. 
• Attend events as needed.
• Coordinate with various departments in the planning and execution of the event details to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Build a sales portfolio / book from a combination of company leads/inquiries and the successful candidate’s own ground-up efforts.
• Networking, researching, and being ambitious with a positive attitude are keys to success in this role.

Requirements:

• 6-8 years of off-premises catering sales experience.
• Experience in corporate events a big plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an open office environment.
• Must have impeccable writing and communications skills and fluency in written and spoken business English.
• Expert user of a Mac platform and Microsoft Office Suite.
• This individual should be an energetic, tech savvy, go-getter with familiarity of the greater Philadelphia region.
• Customer Service expertise.
• Proficient in analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• High level of professionalism, positive attitude, behavior, and business professional appearance.
• Capability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated commitment to compliance with all laws, regulations, and business ethics.
• Valid Driver’s license with reliable vehicle
