Ferrandino & Son, Inc. is seeking detail-oriented, Account Managers, who exceed in a fast-paced environment. The Account Manager is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of exterior services to several major client sites within a geographic territory. This role plays an integral part in client account management, operational support, and financial success for the assigned client base.  The right candidate will have excellent follow up skills, ability to work independently and with a team, strong computer, client relationship and organizational skills.  You 'll be working remotely three days a week and working two days a week in our Audubon, PA office.

Essential Functions:

  • Handle complex customer inquiries – taking accountability for delivering solutions.

  • Troubleshoot issues with client for immediate resolution – problem solving is business critical.

  • Proficiently meet the demands of multiple external and internal clients – opportunity to interact with all levels of management.

  • Provide timely and effective follow through – organization and communication are essential.

  • Coordinate projects with vendors and contractors from start to completion

  • Effectively manage Client(s) service requests and accounts both via the phone and through email by communicating with our vendors through the work order process to assure they have checked into the site, completed the work, and checked out of the site.

  • Create and submit service proposals via Clients’ respective applications.

  • Respond to customer concerns and requests in a timely efficient manor via telephone call and email.

  • Responsible for maintaining all notes via the Work Order Platform for manager follow up.

  • Ensure that service providers are following processes and returning all required documentation for trade/work performed

  • Routinely check-in with service providers to confirm that contract standards are being maintained.

  • Responsible for escalating all matters not within the Account Manager guidelines to a Manager.

  • Provide thorough updates internally/externally as requested

  • Work with a team to coordinate on shared documents and group projects.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED College degree preferred

  • Minimum of 1-3 years customer service related experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office specifically Outlook, Excel & Word

  • Client relationship skills

  • Organizational skills, including attention to detail and accuracy

  • Must pay strict attention to detail

  • Must be dedicated to the highest quality and customer satisfaction

  • Good attendance and punctuality

  • Ability to operate independently, under pressure, to perform multiple concurrent tasks and responsibilities, and to deal with changing priorities, while maintaining personal effectiveness

  • High level of commitment to customer service and teamwork

  • Telephone skills and excellent verbal communication skills

  • Must be willing to work both independently and in a team atmosphere
