Alterations Assistant

Pransome seeks haberdashery assistance to standardize its sizing accuracy process. You will serve as a second pair of eyes during remote alteration sessions and contribute to product inventory assessments.

We are looking for a person who can dedicate at least 4 hours a week for the next 2 months.

If you have an Interest in non-binary, transgender, and genderqueer design and a desire for real-world experience in speed alterations, we want to hear from you. Put your creative instincts to task and contribute to a community in need of your passion and talent.

Requirements

• Familiarity with Adobe creative suite
• Comfort with numbers and time estimates
• Access to a laptop or working smart phone with internet access
• 1+ years hand and/or straight stitch machine sewing experience

Compensation

Pransome internships are eligible for university course credits, and stipends for tools, transportation and team meals. In addition, this internship avails you daily access to a sewing room and all of our equipment to make your own alterations.
