For example, you may need to help older adults with activities of daily
living such as:
* Light homemaker tasks
* Planning and preparing healthy meals
* Medication monitoring and medication reminders
* Errands and grocery shopping
* Mobility assistance and fall prevention
* Personal hygiene needs including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance
* Provide friendly companionship
