We are looking for a Customer Care Representative who will play a critical
part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and
at a rapidly growing organization. You will be able to grow alongside North
America’s best and brightest professionals in fleet accident, safety, and
risk management.

As the Customer Care Representative, you will be the liaison between our
company and customers to process claim information in response to inquiries,
concerns and requests about fleet incident /safety services with a focus on
providing outstanding customer service.

A Day in the Life

- Provide service to customers via telephone and/or electronically
- Apply expanded claim/skill knowledge to minimize HelpLine and Claim Alert
Support/Escalation, along with effectively handling complex claim/service
needs
- Claim escalation problem solving
- Exhibit applicable empathy during each call in order to ensure a superior
customer experience
- Complete review of loss notice and coding as per incident description to
ensure an accurate and timely distribution of claim information to the client
- Handle inbound calls while simultaneously managing defined claims workflow
actions items
- Assess caller’s needs, clarify information, research any issue and
provide solutions and /or alternatives
- Complete action items and non-phone tasks in a timely basis
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Work effectively in a team environment, and when needed - provide back-up
support for administrative tasks

Requirements

- High School Diploma
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel) competency
- Ability to learn and navigate new software quickly
- Customer service experience
- Call center experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively with others and contribute to team task
accomplishments
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
within a fast-paced business environment
