Eligibility Screener

Radiant Health Centers (RHC) seeks an Eligibility Screener.  The Eligibility
Screener plays an important role within the agency because it is responsible
for determining eligibility and enrolling clients in certain programs such as
AIDS Drug Assistance Program, Ryan White and Covered California.

With a team of caring and committed individuals and hundreds of dedicated
volunteers, RHC is working to eliminate the stigma and overcome health
disparities impacting the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer +
(LGBTQ+) community by providing healthy and compassionate care options.

RHC is the largest Orange County provider for such healthcare services and is
currently expanding its capacity with plans to create a dedicated Federally
Qualified Health Center (FQHC) for the LGBTQ+ community.

The Eligibility Screener is responsible for
o       Conducting Ryan White eligibility screenings for clients accessing Ryan
White services.
o       Completing the Eligibility Verification Form related to the eligibility
process and obtaining all relevant documentation.
o       Maintaining of records in accordance to agency policies.
o       Maintaining current awareness of basic HIV disease and treatment issues.

o       Ability to work with diverse client populations.
o       Attention to detail and ability to manage the processing of important
documents.
o       Demonstrate a positive and caring attitude.
o       Be client focused, value and respect others,
o       Exercise patience, understanding, and concern for each client’s health,
safety and development.
o       High School Diploma or GED.
o       Bilingual (English and Spanish) - Required
o       Must be vaccinated and boosted
