Financial Advisor

We are currently accepting applications in 2022 for Financial Advisor
positions.
Your career path towards becoming a Financial Advisor at Lincoln Financial
Securities Corp. will start with studying and passing your licenses then
moving into a Financial Services Professional role within our organization.
You will help educate your clients and friends on individual investor and
insurance issues
You will receive Wealth Management training and on-the-job learning with this
position and receive an existing book of business to cultivate.
you will:
•       Study and pass FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses and / or life, accident and
health licenses in PA and NJ
•       Establish trust and rapport with clients
•       Develop consultative skills through a needs-based process to provide
helpful and relevant solutions to clients
•       Complete classroom, self-study, and web-based learning and development
programs
•       Ability to build relationships with clients and explain complicated
subjects
