A key function in the Mann’s finance team supports the unit’s daily transactional functions, including processing accounts payable and accounts receivable, and maintains the accounting files. This is a non-exempt role reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.

Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

  • Processes all receipts, including development and other check and ACH deposits.
  • Enters all invoices into Financial Edge after reviewing expense accounts and project coding for accuracy.
  • Obtains W-9s from vendors and assists with producing 1099’s.
  • Maintains electronic vendor files.
  • Generates aged payables report and submits to VP & CFO once a week.
  • Updates the daily cash report and shares with the Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager and VP & CFO.
  • Serves as backup for processing the weekly and bi-weekly payrolls.
  • Reviews and records transactions for all corporate credit card holders monthly.
  • Ad hoc reporting as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or related discipline preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • (3-7) years prior experience in a finance-related data role or equivalent combination of educational training and experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with Financial Edge a plus.
  • Ability to demonstrate a professional presence and exhibit outstanding interpersonal and communication skills consistently and effectively.
  • Ability to interact positively with others in a collaborative environment.
  • Ability to provide transportation to the office and venue as needed.
  • Knowledge of performing arts is a plus.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
