        - Apply expanded claim/skill knowledge to minimize HelpLine and Claim Alert<br />\r\n
        Support/Escalation, along with effectively handling complex claim/service<br />\r\n
        needs<br />\r\n
        - Claim escalation problem solving<br />\r\n
        - Exhibit applicable empathy during each call in order to ensure a superior<br />\r\n
        customer experience<br />\r\n
        - Complete review of loss notice and coding as per incident description to<br />\r\n
        ensure an accurate and timely distribution of claim information to the client<br />\r\n
        - Handle inbound calls while simultaneously managing defined claims workflow<br />\r\n
        actions items<br />\r\n
        - Assess caller’s needs, clarify information, research any issue and<br />\r\n
        provide solutions and /or alternatives<br />\r\n
        - Complete action items and non-phone tasks in a timely basis<br />\r\n
