        The Office Manager will organize and coordinate office administration and<br />\r\n
        procedures, in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.<br />\r\n
        The Office Manager is responsible for developing intra-office communication<br />\r\n
        protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control and task<br />\r\n
        delegation.<br />\r\n

        Your daily responsibilities include<br />\r\n

        Office Management:<br />\r\n
        <br />\r\n
        Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, maintenance and the<br />\r\n
        building landlord.<br />\r\n
        Maintain the office and monitor office supply inventory. Ensure that all<br />\r\n
        items are properly stocked and machines are cleaned twice per week.<br />\r\n
        Greet and coordinate visitors by welcoming them and directing them<br />\r\n
        appropriately.<br />\r\n
        Order and coordinate catering as needed for the office.<br />\r\n
        Engagement:<br />\r\n
        <br />\r\n
        Create and organize Team members work from home engagement as well as<br />\r\n
        in-office engagement.<br />\r\n
        Partner with HR to create and plan engaging team member activities, programs<br />\r\n
        (including virtual events), and incentives.<br />\r\n
        Administrative:<br />\r\n
        <br />\r\n
        Assist the Human Resources team in any needed onboarding or offboarding<br />\r\n
        tasks.<br />\r\n
        Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment, including new hire<br />\r\n
        setup.<br />\r\n
        Maintain&nbsp;a&nbsp;budget and reconcile expenses for the office and Sr. Director of<br />\r\n
        Operations.<br />\r\n
        Coordinate travel and other administrative tasks for management and<br />\r\n
        leadership team members visiting the office.<br />\r\n
        Act as the main point of contact for all inquiries related to office<br />\r\n
        maintenance, mailing and shipping, supplies and office equipment.<br />\r\n
        Assist with state gaming licensing, including notary services and fingerprint<br />\r\n
        management.<br />\r\n
        Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, bills<br />\r\n
        and errands.<br />\r\n
        Assist with scheduling, data entry and organizing spreadsheets.<br />\r\n
        Reconcile department credit card receipts monthly.<br />\r\n
        Office Safety and Compliance:<br />\r\n
        <br />\r\n
        Responsible for office safety and management. Ensure all team members are<br />\r\n
        abiding by safety precautions.<br />\r\n
        Audit health screening to ensure employees are completing questionnaires.<br />\r\n
        Monitor the office for any safety, construction, or technical issues as well<br />\r\n
        as&nbsp;a&nbsp;security video feed, intercom system, and wellness check responses.<br />\r\n
        Partner with the security staff to resolve any issues or concerns that arise<br />\r\n
        (on and off hours) such as building issues or access issues.<br />\r\n
        Maintain the access card system and coordinate with the security staff.<br />\r\n
        Create and enforce office protocols and procedures as needed.<br />\r\n
        Stay up to date with office requirements and mandatory postings.<br />\r\n
        Monitor weather or state closures that may impact building closure and work<br />\r\n
        with HR to ensure that team members are kept safe.<br />\r\n
