        <p>BBS is experiencing growth and needs an Office Manager/Administrative<br />\r\n
        Assistant to support various back-office functions, including contract<br />\r\n
        administration, payroll, insurance certification and compliance, invoice<br />\r\n
        preparation, policy and procedure development, and other key domains. This<br />\r\n
        role will also include administrative support on consulting projects (e.g.,<br />\r\n
        scheduling, coordination, agenda development, note-taking, data entry) and<br />\r\n
        executive support to the Managing Principal.</p>\r\n

        <p>Job Duties<br />\r\n
        The Office Manager/Administrative Assistant is responsible for the successful<br />\r\n
        management of BBS in the following areas:<br />\r\n
        § Perform contract administration, including printing, signing, scanning,<br />\r\n
        tracking, and filing<br />\r\n
        § Manage certificate of insurance requests and coordinate with Managing<br />\r\n
        Principal and insurance brokers to ensure adherence to insurance requirements<br />\r\n
        § Support Managing Principal with insurance and business license(s)<br />\r\n
        renewals, banking &amp; tax documentation requests, and miscellaneous tasks<br />\r\n
        regarding BBS’s business operations<br />\r\n
        § Manage new employee onboarding process<br />\r\n
        § Maintain and ensure that personnel records are up to date and secure<br />\r\n
        (vacation/sick days, suspension notification, etc.)<br />\r\n
        § Conduct administrative tasks in consulting projects, including meeting<br />\r\n
        coordination, agenda development, data entry and limited research<br />\r\n
        § Research and answer any employee payroll and benefits questions<br />\r\n
        § Manage various firm-wide meetings including agenda development,<br />\r\n
        scheduling, and tracking of follow-ups<br />\r\n
        § Answer email correspondences from prospective clients<br />\r\n
        § Maintain stock of office supplies<br />\r\n
        § Maintain office equipment, including purchases, maintenance, &amp; IT support<br />\r\n

        § Support the Managing Principal in internal systems development at BBS,<br />\r\n

        <p>Required Qualifications<br />\r\n
        § 5+ years of office management experience; background in<br />\r\n
        consulting/professional services industry a plus<br />\r\n
        § Knowledge of basic accounting principles, including AR, AP and general<br />\r\n
        ledger<br />\r\n
        § Software experience with QuickBooks and Excel<br />\r\n
        § Office management experience, including filing, inventory management,<br />\r\n
        answering phones/emails and miscellaneous office tasks<br />\r\n
        § Familiarity and experience with Microsoft Office Suite<br />\r\n
        § Excellent communication skills and phone customer service experience with<br />\r\n
        high-level professionals<br />\r\n
        § Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment</p>\r\n

        <p>The Office Manager/Administrative Assistant will be offered competitive<br />\r\n
        salary, healthcare benefits, and paid time off. The hourly range for this<br />\r\n
        position is $22-$27 per hour. BBS is open to part-time applicants who work a<br />\r\n
