You will work closely with Buyers, Visual Merchandising Associate, and the Retail Operations/Planning Manager in ensuring the overall store operations are achieved. You will oversee the sales staff assigned to the retail location to ensure they are engaged and proactive with maintaining the experience standards for the retail offer and are using best practices for sales and making the guest feel welcome in each space.
