The Creative Development + Operations Director (CDOD) runs point for Gutsy
Media on creative development and job bidding for job acquisition.  Working
in partnership with the leadership team, this role revolves around
synthesizing client creative goals into a cohesive campaign narrative and
production operations strategy (inclusive of budget, timeline, logistics
recommendations and talent sourcing).  The CDOD leads client-facing
conversations through the entirety of the job acquisition process.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: As the Creative Development + Operations Director,
your work will be focused in three main categories…

Campaign Discovery & Strategy:
Participate with leadership team in campaign discovery conversations with new
potential clients
Brainstorm with leadership team to develop a feasible project strategy that
achieves client goals

Proposal Development & Delivery:
Build proposals, budgets, timelines and creative strategy to achieve campaign
goals
Conduct necessary research to inform proposal process
Own client-facing communications through to project award

Project Start-Up
Facilitate contracting with internal Operations team
Assist with key talent sourcing alongside Head of Production

A strategic problem solver with a commitment to mobilizing creativity for a

timelines that are achievable in scope and scale to bid prospective projects
