The manager will act as a<br />\r\n strategic partner to ensure we have the right technology, security, and<br />\r\n processes in place for the smooth functioning and continued growth of the<br />\r\n organization. This role will also oversee the maintenance, configuration,<br />\r\n reliable operations, and security of Panorama’s systems.</p>\r\n \r\n <p>The successful candidate will have a strong track record in developing and<br />\r\n executing a systems and security strategy according to business needs and<br />\r\n objectives, as well as implementing and maintaining systems and processes<br />\r\n that enable employees to work efficiently, securely, and seamlessly across a<br />\r\n variety of platforms.</p>\r\n \r\n <p>This exempt, full time position reports to the Director, Business Strategy<br />\r\n and Operations. This position is available on a fully remote basis within the<br />\r\n United States.</p>\r\n \r\n <p>Essential Duties & Responsibilities<br />\r\n Systems Management<br />\r\n • Manage Panorama’s suite of business software applications that are used<br />\r\n for grantmaking, website content management, timekeeping, payroll,<br />\r\n accounting, performance management, project management, recruiting, and more.<br />\r\n • Review and evaluate systems needs across the organization and make<br />\r\n recommendations for new or updated systems that meet business objectives.<br />\r\n • Configure Salesforce NPSP to fit business needs including managing user<br />\r\n permissions, workflows, integrations, and Experience Cloud.<br />\r\n • Lead the review and selection process for any new system implementation<br />\r\n including researching options, determining criteria, and managing<br />\r\n implementation and integration with existing systems.</p>\r\n \r\n <p>Cybersecurity & Risk Management<br />\r\n • As the cyber security threat landscape evolves, and in partnership with a<br />\r\n managed IT service provider, lead in developing and recommending strategies<br />\r\n to improve upon Panorama’s security. Stay up to date on best practices for<br />\r\n protecting against cyber risks.<br />\r\n • Respond to second-tier user requests for assistance, triaging and<br />\r\n coordinating with external IT support as needed.<br />\r\n • Coordinate with external IT support on risk mitigation and IT compliance.</p>\r\n \r\n <p>Leadership & Management<br />\r\n • Collaborate on the development of an internal knowledge management and<br />\r\n governance strategy deployed through Microsoft SharePoint.<br />\r\n • Optimize processes and lead process improvement.<br />\r\n • Lead team-wide training and create internal “how-to” process<br />\r\n documentation and manuals.<br />\r\n • Supervise the Office and Operations Coordinator and oversee daily systems<br />\r\n administration and management of hardware inventory.</p>\r\n \r\n <p>Typical Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities<br />\r\n • Bachelor's degree in business administration, non-profit administration<br />\r\n or other relevant fields, or equivalent work experience<br />\r\n • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience with 5+ years of relevant<br />\r\n experience in non-profit operations or managing enterprise systems and<br />\r\n technology architecture<br />\r\n • Experience managing organizational cybersecurity plans, risk assessment<br />\r\n and management, and responding to security incidents<br />\r\n • Working knowledge of nonprofit operations and software systems to support<br />\r\n programs and fundraising<br />\r\n • Supervisory experience<br />\r\n • Experience working directly with end users and translating technical<br />\r\n requirements for non-technical stakeholders<br />\r\n • Ability to think critically and solve problems<br />\r\n • Certified Salesforce Administrator or equivalent experience including<br />\r\n NPSP, Outbound Funds, Flow/Process Builder, Experience Cloud, SSO, Apsona<br />\r\n • Experience with Tableau, Microsoft 365 and Asana, and knowledge of<br />\r\n
